Bespoke Therapy
Different therapeutic approaches can be utilised depending on the individual's unique experiences with trauma. For instance, some children may benefit from expressing themselves through messy play, using sand trays, or engaging in creative activities like drawing or painting. Meanwhile, others may find Talking Therapy, Art Psychotherapy, Mentalisation-Based Therapy, or other available therapeutic approaches more effective in addressing their trauma, whether young people or adults.
As all of us are unique and have different needs, there is no one-size-fits-all solution to mental health. We may use several other therapeutic models and techniques to achieve the highest possible outcome to achieve the highest possible result.

The following are some of the therapeutic models we provide:

Therapeutic Parenting
Therapeutic Parenting can help struggling families with children with emotional distress, challenging behaviour and insecurity. Therapeutic Parenting offers parents and carers the means to provide a positive, therapeutic environment for their children.
Art Psychotherapy

Art psychotherapy is a form of psychotherapy that uses art media as its primary mode of expression and communication. Art psychotherapy uses art to help patients to find the words to articulate how they have been affected and to support their well-being and any social, emotional and mental health needs.

Play Therapy

Play Therapy is often used with children who cannot express their feelings. Play therapy helps them to communicate at their level using everyday playthings. This can help them learn to cope with what they're going through and to develop and build relationships with others. Play therapy differs from regular play in that the therapist helps children to address and resolve their problems.
Mentalisation-Based Therapies

Mentalisation-based therapy (MBT) is a type of long-term psychotherapy. MBT aims to improve a person's capacity to mentalise. We focus on what is going on in their mind and the minds of other people and link this to understand and alleviate problematic behaviours.
